We are looking for qualified & dynamic talents to join our success team for the following positions:
1. HR Manager
2. Resort Manager
3. Executive Chef
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position (preferably in the hotel / resort industry)
- Strong understanding of hotel operational standards (hospitality SOP) and service excellence
- Proven leadership skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experienced in managing teams, preparing reports, and working towards targets and KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to work well under pressure
- Proficient in operating revenant work systems (HRIS / POS / hotel operational systems) according to the respective field
- Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.
