1. Sales Manager
About the resort:
deBintan Villa is a nature-inspired, activity based resort in Bintan, designed for guest seeking more than just accommodation.
The resort combines comfortable stays with curated experiences, including outdoor activities, group programs, and destination dining.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, event sales, travel industry, or corporate sales
- Strong experience in handling:
Corporate accounts, group bookings, institutional clients (schools, organizations)
- Proven ability in:
Client acquisition and relationship management
Negotiation and closing deals
Managing sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets
- Good-understanding of selling integrated products:
Rooms + F&B + activities / packages
Well-connected in Batam / Bintan market is an advantage
Willing to be mobile for sales visits and client meetings
Strong ownership mindset and results-oriented
