Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations and sales via online platforms, ensuring rate consistency and high-quality content. Identify marketing potential and enhance reservation systems for profitability
Key Skills:
- Mastery in managing reservations, group reservations, and fostering relationship
- Proficiency in report generation and performance tracking
- Expertise in PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine operations
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams, communicating goals, and implementing training initiatives
- Exceptional guest service and resolving issues proactively
