1. Sales & Event Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert meetings, events, and group enquiries channels
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning with guest and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
- Present and sell tailored event and banquet solutions based on client needs
- Conduct site inspections and build long-term client relationships
- Ensure accurate administration, contracts, and reporting across PMS and sales systems
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and highly detail-focused
- Confident managing multiple enquiries, timelines, and priorities
- Comfortable working with PMS, sales tools, and Ms. Office
- Collaborative, service-minded, and solutions-oriented
