1. Reservation & E-Commerce Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservations and e-commerce operations to support revenue performance, including bookings, cancellations, no shows, and room blocks
- Coordinate with sales to optimize room inventory during demand fluctuations
- Maintain OTA content, rate parity, and distribution accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy across PMS, channel manager, and booking engine systems
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of reservations systems and online distribution
- Detail-oriented with an analytical and service-driven mindset
- Confident in OTA management, audits, and reporting
- Calm, organized, and effective in fast=paced environments
- A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills
