1. Operations Manager (Rooms)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Rooms Division to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Laundry, Concierge, Public Area, and Security
- Coach and develop high-performing teams while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate across departments to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction
- Drive continues improvement through quality assurance, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence
Key Skills:
- Experienced Room Division leader in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong people leadership and decision-making skills
- Hands-on, quality-driven, and guest-oriented
- Collaborative, commercially aware, and committed to continuous improvement
