Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a security
- Supervisory and managerial role
- Preferably a background in military or law enforcement
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills are paramount
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams, including performance management and delegation of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is highly favorable
- High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian criminal law
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of regular security duties and maintaining an overall level of health and fitness consistent with the role
