- Excellent in computer literate and detailed oriented
- Well versed in labor law with strong HR knowledge on recruiting, payroll, compensation & benefit, industrial relation and training
- Having a good leadership skill and organizational skill with dynamic environment
- Creative, able to work with deadlines and target, also understanding about budgeting and the solution how to achieve it
