Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum education : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Proficient in menu planning, inventory control, and food costing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
