- Villa Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Villa Manager, Assistant Villa Manager or Hotel Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Solid understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and overall villa operations.
- Guest-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
