Background & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism
- Min 2 years experience at similar position in 4 star hotel
Requirements :

- Understanding of safety standards

- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products, trends and promotions. (6,7)
- Excellent knowledge of Food Safety principles and best practice HACCP certification is desirable (8,9,10,11)
- Strong technical Knowledge and understanding of Preventive & Maintenance matrix. (12)
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and recruitment process. (13)
