• 3 years experience in a similar position at upscale hotels
• Diploma/ Degree in Culinary Management
Essential Job Skills :
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
• Proven track records in menu creation and menu engineering that demonstrates innovation and quality.
• Pre-opening experience and wellness cuisine knowledge are advantage
• Good English language skills
• Detailed working knowledge of kitchen management
• Able to develop, coach, train, counsel and act as a mentor for the team
• In possession of strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver
