Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality
- Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
- Physically fit and well-groomed
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
