1. Guest Relationship / Front Office
Location: Gili Asahan, Lombok, Indonesia
Property type: Hotel
We are looking for a friendly and motivated team member to join our front office team. As part of guest relations, you will be the first point of contact for our guests - welcoming them, assisting with check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
Requirements:
- Female
- Very good spoken and written English
- Polite and professional attitude
- Open-minded and eager to learn
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible
- Works well in a team
- Willing to live and work in remote island environment
- Loves nature and island life
- Experience in tourism is welcome but not required
We value personality, a willingness to grow, and a positive mindset more than previous experience.
