General Requirements:
- Have relevant experience in the same field
- Good in plumbing, AC, electric maintenance
- Technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods and project management is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English is a must and able to join immediately
