We’re looking for a warm, organized Sales & Reservations Specialist to be primary point of contact for woman planning their treat with us.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Indonesian nationality only
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, wellness, or retreat environments is a strong advantage
- Comfort with CRM or booking systems, basic data entry, and handling digital communication tools
