Operation Manager for Gold's Gym Summarecon Mall Serpong

 

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 year experience as Customer Service/hospitality

- Detail oriented and have a good administrative skill

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must

- Very well presented and attractive

 

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for inputting all new member data into system

- Provide information to all members and guests about gym facilities

- Assist members and guest with all inquiries, solve their concerns and help resolve any complains by member

- Provide service excellent to all members and guests

- Explain terms and condition of member to all new joined members

- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly club reports
