- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position (1-9)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (1-9)
- Strong ability in handling clients, sales presentation and product
- knowledge communication (1-6 dan 9)
- Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel kitchen SOPs (7-8)
- Capable of menu creation, food costing, and kitchen report (7)
