General requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at luxury hotel
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles
6. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
7. Able to drive a car
8. Able to join immediately
