1. Guest Experience Ambassador Agent
If you have
1. At least Two years' experience in similarpositions
2. College degree preferably specializing inhotel hospitality management or public communication, or equivalent
3. Experience in International luxury brands. Proved track record on the minimum 4" hotel business
4. Proactive communication skills
5. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
6. Customer satisfaction focused; Maximum of 3 weeks if you are line staff in a hotel or Assistant/Executive in Headquarter, details & quality orientated
7. High Self-motivated person
8. Strong Team Player, initiative taking person
9. Multitasking and empathic skills
