1. Executive Chef
General requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position from 4 star business hotel.
- A great team player with excellence communication skills.
- Computer Literate and Mastering HACCP Standard.
- Familiar with Budgeting, Costing and Result oriented.
- Strong Leadership, Good personality and Positive Attitude.
- Well acquainted with all day dining and busy banquet operation.
- Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work under pressure.
- Physically fit with the flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
