General Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury property
Educational background relevant to the position
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Professional certification (e.g. BNSP) is a plus
