General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in finance management

- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Auditing experience
- Compliance oriented
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong in cost control
- Familiar with VHP system would be an advantage
- Analytical skills
