1. Security Crew
Requirements:
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid is an advantage
- Possess a valid security license or certificate (if required by local regulations).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property
- Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols around hotel premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
- Report and document any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Assist guests and staff during emergency situations according to hotel procedures
- Ensure compliance with hotel security and safety policies
