Requirements:
- Minimum high school education
- Valid driving license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
- Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude
- Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Drive guests safety to and from the hotel, airport, or other destinations as assigned
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the hotel vehicle at all times
- Provide friendly, polite, and professional service to guests
- Follow hotel service standards, safety procedures, and traffic regulations
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
