Grand Diamond Hotel Yogyakarta is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Captain and FB Service Attendant to lead our service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
Position:
- FB Captain
- FB Service Attendant (Staff)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (hotel background preferred)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-groomed and customer-focused
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
FB Captain:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support the service team
- Ensure service standards & guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally
FB Service Attendant:
- Welcome guests and take orders accurately
- Serve food & beverages according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
- Provide friendly and attentive service
