Grand Diamond Hotel Yogyakarta is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Captain and FB Service Attendant to lead our service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
Position:
- Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales at a hotel industry
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Familiar with hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- Having a wide business network is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, government, and other potential business partners
- Achieve sales targets and maximize hotel revenue
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel presentations
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
