Personal Skills:
- Professional background as an Executive Chef in a 4 star hotel or international restaurant
- Expertise in Italian cuisine with the ability to design authentic, innovative
- Strong knowledge of Western and Mediterranean culinary techniques
- Proven skills in menu engineering, cost control, and food presentation aligned with hotel standards
- Creative in developing monthly promotions, signature dishes, and special event menus
- Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international hotel or fine-dining environment
