1. Sous Chef (Italian & Western)
General Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Good attitude, leadership, and strong work ethic
Personal Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP in 4-star hotel / resort
- Good understanding of food costing and inventory control
- Supervise kitchen team and ensure SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience 1 year in similar position 4 star hotel
- Handle western food with consistent quality
- Supervise kitchen team and ensure SOP
- Control food cost and minimize waste
- Develop menu ideas and improve existing recipes
- Excellent communication skill and greet interpersonal
- Ensure smooth kitchen operation during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition
Education
- Minimum D1/3 or relevant hospitality / vocational
Work experience
- At least 1 (one) years of experience in the same position
