- Min. 3 (three) years experience at related position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients, Strong technical cooking skill and creative skill
- Have leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff and delegate tasks
- Excellent organizational and administrative
