About the role:
- Prepare payment disbursement on the due date of the invoices. Submit the invoices together with all original supporting document and payment card
- Prepare a monthly trial balance of all account payable in case of payment by installment or by progress as in contract
- Keep all account payable files up to date and maintain good record of creditor by age
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in the same positions, will be an advantage
- Accounting, management or finance abilities
- A well-organized and initiative person
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude
