- Manages booking inquiries, answer incoming calls and emails, process bookings, and prepare confirmation letters
- Update booking databases, manage cancellations or modifications and assist with guest preferences and special requests
- Proficiency in using reservation software, property management systems (PMS)
Your Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the same positions, will be an advantage
- A well-organized and initiative person
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude
