Skill & Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining, or luxury hotel kitchen
- Education: Degree in culinary arts or equivalent apprenticeship / certification
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a diverse team of 20+ kitchen staff members
- Technical skills: Mastery of various cooking techniques, knife skills, and plating aesthetics
- Soft skill: High emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication
- Admin skills: Proficient in kitchen management software and Microsoft excel
