Requirements:
- Min 2 years working experience in similar position, especially in the hospitality industry
- Education background D3/S1 Hospitality Management
- Excellent grooming, hard working, creative, positive attitude, and able to work with team
- Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills and administrative
- Excellent English communication skill
- Japanese language will be more beneficial
- Strpng understanding of sales & marketing strategy
- Experienced or has a database in Cikarang / Bekasi strong at MICE, corporate segment and longstay guest segment
- Target oriented and able to work under pressure
