1. Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing
Requirement:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel Sales & Marketing
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets across all market segments
- Able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans with clear revenue forecasts and action plans
- Strong business network across Corporate, Government, MICE, Travel, and Social Event markets
- Highly aware of competitor activities, local business developments, and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Activity involved in hotel sales associations to stay updated on industry trends and business opportunities
2. Sales Manager
Requirement:
- Proven experience handling the Government market
- Up-to-date knowledge of government projects, procurements processes and official events
- Strong network within government institutions, with an updated dates of key government contacts
- Actively involved in hotel sales associations specializing in government segment
- Able to develop clear sales action plans with revenue targets, timelines, and event forecasts
