As an exclusive 4 Star hotel, currently looking for a talented candidate of:
1. Sales Executive (Corporate Segment)
Requirement:
- At least 2 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Preferably sales executive specialized in corporate
- Good knowledge and skills in sales strategy and analysis
- Self-driven and strongly target oriented
- Proactive and responsive with the client's needs
- Good communication, positive attitude and able to work with team
2. HR and Training Coordinator
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR and Training, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and Human Resources best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required
