As an exclusive 4 Star hotel, currently looking for a talented candidate of:
1. Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing
Requirement:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel Sales & Marketing
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets across all market segments
- Able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans with clear revenue forecasts and action plans
- Strong business network across Corporate, Government, MICE, Travel, and Social Event markets
- Highly aware of competitor activities, local business developments, and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Activity involved in hotel sales associations to stay updated on industry trends and business opportunities
2. Front Desk Agent
Requirement:
- Familiar with Realta system
- Diploma or degree from recognized Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management School
- At least 2 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Fluent in English (oral and written) or other foreign language ability is preferred
- Guest satisfaction oriented with effective complaint handling
