1. HR Training & Administration Intern
This structured program runs for a 1-year contract duration, offering a highly competitive package and a direct pathway to become a contract employee based on exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with degree in hospitality management, hotel management, psychology, or Human Resources management
- Mandatory: must have prior internship (trainee) experience especially within a hotel HR department (3/4/5-star hotel background)
- Passionate about people development, confident in speaking or presenting in front of small groups, and highly communicative
- Strong administrative skills, well-organized and proficient in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Professional appearance, well-groomed, with a strong work ethic inherent to the hospitality industry
- Fully committed to completing the 1-year internship contract
