General Engineering & Maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical education in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge and practical skills in civil and building maintenance.
- Able to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Knowledge and experience in swimming pool maintenance and water treatment, including water testing, chemical treatment, filtration, and pool equipment.
- Able to safely use and maintain engineering tools, equipment, chemicals, and materials.
- Able to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, equipment failures, and required repairs.
- Able to respond to engineering emergencies and support hotel emergency procedures.
- Able to manage maintenance priorities, work orders, spare parts, and basic inventory.
- Good problem-solving skills with a practical and hands-on approach.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with all departments and external contractors.
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting, climbing. and working in different areas of the property.
- Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, on-call duties, and able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
