- Executive Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven track record as an EAM, Resident Manager, or multi-department Head of Department in a luxury resort or 5-star international brand.
- Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge in both Rooms Division & F&B Operations, must have successfully managed both areas.
- Exceptional understanding of luxury guest experience and ability to deliver at Forbes/LQA standards.
- Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
