Requirements:
- At least min 2 years with proven experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of front office procedures and guest service standards
- Excellent communication, leadership skills and great upselling skill
- Able to work under-pressure, independently and working as a team
- Have a good communication in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)
- Have attention to detail, guest-oriented, and problem solving mindset
- Familiar with VHP System
