- Have a minimum 2 years work experience in the same position/field
- Strong & good communication skill
- Good knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and HACCP standard audit
- Good knowledge leading daily maintaining operational Stewarding and Kitchen
- Strong leadership, integrity, and honestly
- Able to work under pressure and as a team player
