Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Knowledge of electrical, civil, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance
- Able to perform troubleshooting, and repair work
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented
- Willing to work on shifts
