- Mastery about budgeting and costing (1)
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets (1)
- Good analytics and reporting skills (1,2)
- Having pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Familiar with OTA extranet, channel manager, and wholesale system (2)
- Min. 2 years experience in same position
- Excellent understanding of civil work and carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction (3)
- Familiar with hotel system (1,2)
