- Min. 2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards
- Creative, innovative, and quality-oriented
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good planning, portion control, and cost expenses management
- Excellent knowledge of Western and/or Indonesian cuisine
- Good communication skills and discipline
