Qualifications:
- Experience min. 2 years at the same position
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, time & attendance tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Coordinate mandatory compliance, service standards, and safety training
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, highly discreet when handling confidential information
