Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Thorough knowledge in food safety and hygiene standards or HACCP systems and advanced hygiene management
- Strong passion for creating and enhancing culinary style and exhibiting passion for culinary arts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong leadership and team player
- Willing to be placed in Horison Sagita Balikpapan
