Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivated and develop staff
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue and brand visibility
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus sales growth, market trends, and revenue optimization
- Proficiency in using VHP Systems for operational and reporting purposes
