2. Guest Relations Officer
3. Business Center Secretary
4. Telephone Operator
General Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotels (1,2,3)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotels (4,5,6)
- Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
- Passionate, detailed, self driven, and able to deliver a high level of service
