Hotel Ebony Batulicin is seeking a visionary, disciplined, and experienced culinary leader to join our management team as an
1. Executive Chef.
We are looking for an individual who can elevate our culinary standards and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Culinary Expertise: Excellence in Indonesian cuisine (Nusantara) and proficiency in international cuisines (Western/Asian).
- Management Skills: Strong background in Food Cost Control (COGS) and inventory management without compromising quality.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large kitchen teams, providing professional training, and maintaining high staff discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Innovation: Design, develop, and regularly update menus (Ala Carte, Buffet, and Banquet) in accordance with market trends and guest preferences in Batulicin.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the established standards of taste, presentation, and cleanliness.
- HACCP & Sanitation: Take full responsibility for kitchen hygiene standards, Food Safety (HACCP), and compliance with health protocols.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team for events/weddings and coordinate directly with the General Manager regarding F&B budgets and profit targets.
