1. F&B Supervisor
You will be perfect for the position if you:
- At least two years of proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a 4 or 5-star resort environment
- Strong communication skills in English and familiarity with hotel management systems such as VHP
- The role requires overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring premium service standards
- Training and motivating staff, managing inventory and cost control, and driving revenue through effective up-selling initiatives
- All while creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the resort’s been of Swiss precision and authentic Javanese warmth
